Panic attacks can be very bad for a person, i tell you this because i know how it’s , anyway i read an article about that subject talking about the symptoms of panic attacks and i matched 4 of the symptoms with what was happening with me, and that was major, this article was very useful for me, as i bought the book and the audio CD that helped me later to get over panic attacks and these days i don’t recall getting panic attacks anymore , here’s the link to the article: http://www.amazines.com/article_detail.c…

hiya,
i personaly wouldn’t go for weed. for many people it makes them more anxious/paranoid (the last thing you need), for others it knocks them out enough that they can no longer feel anxiety.
valarian is lovely herb for preventing anxiety. i buy it in a tincture, and before incidents which i know will cause me stress, i take a couple squirts of it in some water. calms me down wonderfully.
you can also get it in tablets and capsules. i like the tincture because it acts faster. make sure you up the dose slowly to find your optimum dosage. too much can make you drowsy.
a friend of mine who has a tendancy to panick like nobody’s business manages her symptoms by taking magnesium with calcium(can also lower blood pressure, and the mag can ease constipation), but i dont know the doses, and have not tried this one myself.
other people have success with rhodiola, kava kava, hops and scullcap (+ a few others) but…
i would say that valarian would be a good place to start. it really is a lovely little herb

You may be able to find a way to cope with them, but you can’t get rid of them. Anxiety and panic are disorders of the mind. Meditation, deep breathing exercises and professional counselling may help you.

Well according to some doctors, in California, Weed does. And it is legal to smoke with a doctors permission slip…..
