i have been suffering with them for a while now.

Have you keept track of how often you get them. Do you stress to much? I get anxiety attacks myself and get them more when I get really mad or stress. What i do is I sit down or lay down and take deep breaths, inhale through the mouth and exhale through your nose. Also you can stand and breath in and out slowly while u raise your hands and with every breath you put your hands up and down. You really need to kepp track and try to find out what triggers them.

recognize contributing factors and avoid them. if you feel a situation is anxiety-producing, if possible, back away and try to deescalate. what coping stategies have helped you in the past?
-deep breathing, closing your eyes, focus on your breathing, heartrate, self-talk
sometimes meds help
i just try to recognize the anxiety building, early recognition is key for me, and i talk myself down or out of the anxiety, deep breathing and focusing on my breathing and heartrate helps me
