Yes they can. When you panic you hyperventilate and mess up the ratio of oxygen in your blood and therefore brain. It’s very common. The program at:http://www.PanicBook.com
can help you get informed about the attacks and help you overcome them.

Panic/anxiety attakcs do not cause physiologic changes in the eye sight. There are behavioral methods that should probably be utilized to inhibit these episodes of behavior. Medications can probably be prescribed by your physician if indeed the anxiety levels are regularly high and seemingly uncontrollable by the patient.

No, panic attacks and anxiety do not cause visual disturbances. there is something else going on with your vision or in your brain.
I work in an ER as a mental health evaluator. I would know.
Do not wait. Go to your doctor.

I suffered panic attacks and anxiety five years ago and my visual was not disturbed. Yes it can be treated. A lot of exercise. e.g. walking, jogging. And if possible change your routine. Have a vacation and worry no more. Xanor is the best med. The better you consult a psychiatrist. It’s all in the head. The better treatment is you know what you feel when attacks happen. Pray and go to Church.
