Are Panic Attacks Specific To Anxiety Disorders Or Can They Also Be Caused By A Form Of Depression?
Or bipolar disorder, I suppose, type 1 or 2.
Also, I’m a little fuzzy at what point someone would be having a panic attack vs. very stressed out or “freaking out.”

Panic attacks can happen for all kinds of reasons. If you are “freaking out” then it is interfering with your everyday life. Try some breathing exercises and maybe breathing in a brown paper bag. Those help. Seeing a therapist to find out what is causing them can also be helpful.
Anxiety often goes hand and hand with other disorders.

Hi, due to my business I have to travel a lot internationally and I hate flying, every time I used to drive to the airport I used to get a lot of anxiety and stressed. One day about 8 months ago however while flying we hit a lot of turbulence and from that moment I knew the difference from a panic attack and just anxiety. My whole body froze up and got really tense. I found it hard to breath and I felt paralyzed.
These days I use a lot of NLP techniques and I have had great success with this method

Stress is the chief cause of most anxiety, panic and social phobias. But stress is not just about feeling tense and wired. It’s about the triggering of our hard-wired “Fight or Flight Response.” And it’s about the release of toxic hormones — drip, drip drip — into our system. These hormones seep into our blood and tissues where, over time, they set up conditions for “attacks” of fear, anxiety and panic.
There are many medicines that claim that they can stop panic attacks. They are able to stop them temporarily, but what about all of the harm that they can cause? What about all of the side affects that can occur from taking medications? What happens when you stop taking the medication?
The symptoms, the fear, the anxiety-all of it comes back when you stop taking medication. The right way to get rid of it once and for all is to use natural remedies and techniques. By using natural techniques, you can get back your old life of being panic free and won’t have to deal with the consequences of medications.
Why Natural Remedies?
They cost less than a normal prescription and carry no harm with them what-so-ever. A natural remedy can help you cure your panic rather than just cover it up. It works faster, safer, and more efficiently. You can do more than just deal with having panic attacks–you can get rid of them entirely!
Being natural is the way to go. We are born of this planet and it is the planet that heals us, feeds us, shelters us, and protects us. People have been curing ailments and healing the sick for thousands of generations by simply using what the Earth has given them. Natural remedies have many benefits and can help you dramatically where other medications and drugs fail to do so.
Get Back On Track
Once you realize that you can stop panic attacks easily, affordably, and effectively, you are going to be able to take your life back. You are going to be able to do the things that you have wanted to do for so long, but couldn’t because of fear.
You don’t have to live in fear and panic anymore. Find and eliminate the source of your panic attacks with natural techniques and remedies and see what you have been missing out on. Get your life back on track.
Do you want to find that cure?
Do you struggle with panic attacks?
Do you want them to stop so you can live a normal life again?
Well, there is a cure and you can stop your panic attacks now!
